Flexible Benefit Service Corporation (Flex) was founded in 1988 as a Third Party Administrator (TPA) specializing in cafeteria plans and benefits administration for small businesses. In addition, Flex also functioned as an insurance brokerage selling insurance products directly to consumers and businesses.
In 2000, Flex changed its business focus from a retail employee benefits firm to a full-service wholesale insurance firm-commonly known as a General Agency. Within this business model, brokers serve consumers and businesses, and Flex serves brokers.
Today, we are practitioners of tax-advantaged healthcare plans, providing producers, financial institutions and insurance companies with integrated solutions by delivering complete access to quality benefit choices that meet the individual needs, lifestyle and budget of the American worker.
