Managing Contributions

Our solution offers a robust web site portal for employers to manage everything HSA. It allows employers to manage their contact information, location(s), bank account(s), employees, coverage(s) and more.

More importantly, we allow employers to set-up, fund and manage HSA contributions for participating employees. If the employer is familiar dealing with 401(k) contributions from payroll, then this process works much the same way.

FlexHSA provides options for employers to easily manage the contribution process, including:

  • Contribution batches:
    • Import from a file that currently exists
    • Manually create contributions
    • Copy from previous contributions
  • Contribution funding:
    • Corporate check
    • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) draft
    • Employer initiated wire / EFT
